Club EVO Mixed Gym

The suite includes cardiovascular conditioning equipment consisting of treadmills, steppers, bikes, rowers, cross trainers, free weights and isolation exercise machines.  This is a mixed gym where you can exercise in a welcoming comfortable environment.

Indoor Bowls

Our six rink indoor bowling stadium means bowling can now be an all year round activity.  Why not try this exciting enjoyable game. It's a great way to make new friends and it can be as competitive as you want to make it.

NEW METAFIT CLASSES

We have 3 new METAFIT classes added on to our timetable.

Tuesday evenings at 8.15pm-8.45pm with Barry starting 30th April.

Thursday evenings at 9.00pm-9.30pm with Arlene.

Friday evenings at 7.45pm-8.15pm with Heather starting 3rd May.

CX WORX-New class added to our timetable

Thursday 2nd May at 5.00pm-5.30pm with Heather

 

NEW BIKE CLASSES

We have 2 new bike classes to introduce to our timetable on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8pm. These will start

Thursday 28th March at 8pm with Barry

Tuesday 9th April at 8pm with Christine

Please remember you can only book a week in advance and you can do so at reception.
