WHATS NEW IN JANUARY
EARLY GYM ENTRY(6.15am) starts again from MONDAY 5th JANUARY 2015
As of Monday 5th January there will be a trial of METAFIT at 7.00am (30 min H.I.I.T)
6.15am group fitness classes are on Tuesday -Friday

There will no longer be a 6.15am BODYATTACK class on Monday s, but there is a NEW CLASS - METAFIT will be on from Monday 5th January at 7am-7.30am.
The BODYATTACK/CXWORX class on Sundays at 5pm is replaced with BODYATTACK only.
