WHATS NEW FOR SEPTEMBER?
From Tuesday 2nd September, we are introducing LES MILLS RPM to our INDOOR CYCLING timetable, this class will take you through hills, flats, mountain peaks, speed work and interval training. Come and discover the athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high!
Classes will be:
Tuesdays at 6pm
Thursdays at 6pm & 8pm
Saturdays at 10am

Also we will be re introducing our BUGGY BABIES CLASS on Monday 8th September, so if you want a workout where you and your baby can do it together, join Maria on Mondays at 11am. Please make sure you have had your postnatal check and your GP/midwife has said its safe to return to exercise.
