We currently have aerobics classes running every day and for all different levels. From Basic Step to Body Pump, or Beginning Pilates to 50 +, we have specifically designed workouts for everyone.

Our expertly trained instructors will encourage and help you get the most out of your time at the Leisure Bowl.

To help you on your way we are offering a Monthly Aerobics Card for only £36.50. Its available to buy now and will give you Unlimited Classes for one month, running from the first of each month.

Taken from the boxing gym, boxacise is a circuit class incorporating punch bags, speed balls, ropes, kick pads and lots more. Set to the music of the clubs with it's pulsating beats and rhythms, intermingled with great low impact moves, it all goes to make this class among the top in our range, appealing to all.

Get fast results in a low impact,high intensity workout, using the latest spin cycles in our mixed gym. Set to motivating music this is a fun, cardiovascular workout that burns calories in record time.
 
  BODYATTACK® is a cardiovascular interval training program that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises.
Classes are high in motivation, provided by dynamic instructors and exciting music. All participants can achieve their fitness goals by following the simple movements.
BODYATTACK® is a rapid calorie burner that delivers fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in overall body strength.
Every three months, Les Mills releases a new BODYATTACK® class with fresh choreography and music.

:: Step ::
Originally designed to heal sports injuries, this class will improve flexibility, strength and mobilisation for the whloe body. Pilates is suitable for all body types; it corrects poor posture and misalignment and is great for toning all muscle groups.
 
 

Step is an aerobic workout with a step which targets the lower body. It is choreographed and involves low and high impact exercises. This class willburn calories and improve fitness, and is excellent for improving thighs and lifting buttock muscles.
