Pool Timetable
Swimmers please note! Last entry for complete swim sessions (Swim Session Last 45 Mins) will be 45 minutes before closing times. Entry to the pool will be permitted even if there are less than 45 minutes remaining but swimmers must be clear of the watey by the closing time of the pool.
Please note that children under the age of 8 years must be accompanied by an adult over the age 16 years before the can use the pool.
Entry to ladies night is restricted to females over 16 years only.

Ladies over 45? Why not attend our Golden Girl Sessions. They run Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12 noon – 2 pm and include Sauna/Turkish, swim and an exercise class in the pool. All this for only £2.50!
