A personal program is a 'one to one session' with a personal fitness trainer. It is designed to create an effective & enjoyable regime, where the client is able to obtain the maximum benefits which they desire, in a safe & controlled manner.

After the programme is designed, the instructor will set the duration for the program and the client is welcome at any time to discuss alterations needed with the instructor free of charge. Progress can be assesed usually after a 12 week period depending upon client progress.
